Terms and conditions of sale
These T&Cs govern all orders placed on alithealabs.com.
Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of dental education models made by Alithea Labs through alithealabs.com.
Products
Models are manufactured to order by resin 3D printing. Essential characteristics are presented on each product page. Photos and renders are accurate but may differ slightly from the received product due to manufacturing constraints.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD) inclusive of applicable taxes. Alithea Labs reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Order
The order is definitively recorded after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. Alithea Labs reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of insufficient stock or suspected fraud.
Manufacturing and delivery times
As models are made to order, a manufacturing lead time is added to the delivery time. The total time is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Alithea Labs currently ships within Morocco only.
Payment
Payment is due at order placement. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. For professional volume orders, bank transfer payment may be arranged.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As models are manufactured to order, the general right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable law. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage on receipt, replacement or refund is granted on submission of photographs within 7 days of receipt.
Custom models
Custom clinical models cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun and the quote has been confirmed by the client.
Liability
Alithea models are exclusively intended for clinical training and education. They do not constitute medical devices.
Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca.
