How Alithea Labs collects, uses and protects your data — in compliance with Moroccan law 09-08 and the CNDP.

Data collected
Account and order data: name, email address, delivery address and order history. This data is used exclusively for order fulfilment and customer support. Clinical data (custom service): attachments (X-rays, scans, case photos) submitted via the custom-model request form are health data. They are isolated, encrypted at rest and accessible only to the founder and authorised technical staff.
Legal basis
Order data processing is based on contract performance. Clinical data processing is based on the explicit consent provided at form submission.
Consent for clinical data
Every custom-model request requires an explicit consent checkbox confirming the intended use of the files (model design), the retention period and applicable rights.
Data minimisation
Alithea Labs recommends that educators anonymise medical attachments (remove patient names from X-rays) before submission. Only information strictly necessary for model design is requested.
Retention period
Order data: retained for the applicable legal period. Clinical data: deleted within 12 months of model delivery or definitive abandonment of the project, unless otherwise required by law.

Cookies and trackers
The site uses only the technical cookies necessary for its operation. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used without prior consent.
Security
Data is hosted on a secure infrastructure. Clinical data is stored encrypted in a private bucket with restricted access and short-lived signed URLs.
